What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order?
